I enjoyed the facility. It wasn’t crowded at all and was super quiet at night. We had the perfect room and it was big enough for my kids to play around, have a space for themselves while my husband and I watched tv. We LOVED the pool! Having the option to swim outside or inside was awesome because the pools connected so they could swim from inside right to the outside part of the pool. And it started raining so they were able to leave the “outside” part and still remain inside the pool. And it stayed open until 11 at night! Which was great for a night swim! Check out was also 12 which was awesome for us to be able to sleep in and breakfast went until 10AM (which again allowed us to sleep in some!)

Ward

The room had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, HGTV, and was lovely and updated. Very comfortable and cozy. I was worried, b/c some of the property is older, but if you get a top floor room, your door opens on to the inside of the hotel, although some of the 1st floor rooms (all? idk) open to the parking lot. The pool was inside/outside - wish I had time to use it.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the awesome pool!!! Impressed by the FULL sized water bottles in the gym’s mini fridge. Loved how I could just walk right out of my room, straight to my car, and the breakfast wasn’t too far from my interior door. The facility was clean. The breakfast had a nice selection. The staff was friendly. Would DEF stay here again.

Samantha at the front desk was very professional and kind. Exceeded customer service by providing us dinner suggestions and other helpful information. She made us feel very welcomed and was the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very clean and cozy. If we are ever in Frankfort again I will definitely stay there.

Breakfast was good, bacon smell in the hall was tough to resist, but bacon could have been crisper for our liking. Room was nice, albeit somewhat dated. All in all it was better than expected, and perfect for what we needed for this long weekend. Nice to see new filters in the HVAC system. Staff was great!
